Scope
A multi-channel marketing system designed to increase visibility, inquiries, and occupancy across five communities.
The Starting Point
Goodlife had strong communities and a valuable offering, but the digital experience didn’t communicate that value clearly enough.
We revitalized their online presence by doing a complete visual overhaul of the website, with a focus on building trust, displaying authority in the assisted living space, and engineering a cohesive customer journey that naturally leads potential residents and their families towards booking a tour, or reaching out for more info.

Redesigning The Customer Journey
When rebuilding the website, decisions were carefully crafted to help shape the experience for a potential resident or their family. Picking an assisted living community is a huge commitment, so making sure the experience was meeting people where they're at was essential. We improved each location's page copy to better demonstrate what they uniquely offer, and deployed trust-building content via social and blogs to educate and empower potential residents and their families.

Turning Visibility into Interest
GoodLife’s communities needed to be visible wherever potential residents and their families began their search. We improved the site’s SEO foundation, implemented proper schema, and connected and optimized Google listings for each location.

By improving location-page content, technical SEO, schema, and Google listings, GoodLife became the first organic result for high-intent searches such as “assisted living fond du lac.”
Turning Search Into a Conversation
Better visibility only matters if interested families can take the next step. To achieve that, we simplified the path from location page to inquiry; and made sure each submission was routed correctly, and sent with proper context for the team to respond.
Within three months, average website inquiries increased from approximately four per week to four per day. All supported by clearer location pages and smarter contact form routing.
From Demand to Occupancy
10–12 residents
Increased inquiries 4x over 3 months
Full occupancy in six months
Over roughly a year, Goodlife moved from a small initial resident base to full occupancy at Oakwood Manor within six months. Website improvements, social media, and television advertising all contributed to the increase in demand.
Building Momentum Beyond the Website
The work continued beyond the website itself. Social media helped GoodLife stay visible, build familiarity with local families, and reinforce the strengths of each community.
Through those efforts, The Meadows of Fond du Lac was recognized as Best of Fond du Lac for the third consecutive year.

Good marketing should do more than make a business look better. It should help the right people find it, trust it, and take the next step.
